Comprehensive Residential Transformation & 48m² Extension

The Brief: Deliver a total architectural redesign and renovation under an ambitious 16-week turnaround, modernising the entire property while expanding its core footprint.

  • The Scope of Work:

    • Full architectural design and internal renovation.

    • Structural removal of two redundant chimneys to optimize internal layout.

    • Velux window installation and extensive roof repairs.

    • Construction of a brand-new 48m² permitted development extension featuring an open-plan kitchen-diner with full underfloor heating.

    • Installation of a high-performance single-ply roof backed by a 50-year warranty.

    • Complete interior room conversions and the installation of a luxury new en-suite bathroom.

  • The Result: A seamless blend of structural engineering, high-spec interior finishes, and rigorous timeline management—all tracking to be fully completed within just 16 weeks.

Biological Lab & Office Conversion (2026)

  • The Brief: Transform unused industrial warehouse space into advanced, compliant operational spaces.

  • The Result: Successfully converted empty warehouse infrastructure into state-of-the-art biological laboratories and high-specification office space for Hart Biologicals, meeting stringent technical, environmental, and structural standards.
